Right, just a quick report tonight - busy day, and I'm tired. Results on the weight/fat front: 199 pounds, 33% body fat. I think I'm detecting a rough average, here...

Water: 6 liters plus, and I figure I'm good for about another liter and a half before crashing. Food: spicy chicken and brocoli with yadobsa noodles (I think that's how it's spelled) for lunch, three slices of pizza for dinner. Urk. Severely unhealthy...

The apartment... not much done tonight; I had an AOS meeting at the end of the day. Got home late. Likewise, no real writing tonight either - just this, and it's clear how abbreviated even this is.

Enough; I'm tired. G'night, whoever's reading this.
